Patrick Powers

Although Patrick’s real estate experience and knowledge encompasses the whole state, the areas of Yarmouth, North Yarmouth, Cumberland, Freeport and Greater Portland are closest to his heart. He enjoys the Rangeley Lakes area and loves working as a Buyer Agent in that region as well. Patrick is committed to helping his clients in their quest to buy or sell that special Maine property.

He can provide information with regards to reputable contractors, mortgage loan companies, building inspectors, title companies, movers and any other service providers needed to complete your real estate transaction with no strings attached.

As a long-time resident of Yarmouth. Patrick is very involved and active in the community, whether it be social, municipal, not for profit or business. Patrick has served as Yarmouth's Rotary Preseident and is currently sitting on the Board of Directors of the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce. He is also a charter member of the Rotary Club of Yarmouth, on the Bartlett Circle Senior Housing Board of Directors, the Dream Factory of Maine Board of Directors and many others.

Heidi Hall

Heidi was born and raised in Portland and attended all local schools and college in Maine. She is married and has two children, a daughter Stefanie, now in college and a son Tyler in high school. Heidi moved to Yarmouth, her husband’s home town, in 1997 and are thrilled with the community and all it has to offer. She is an active volunteer in the Yarmouth school system and a board member of the Yarmouth Hockey Boosters. Heidi is also a member of the Portland Board of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors and the National Realtors Association.
Heidi has been in real estate for over 10 years and has worked with Patrick Powers for the past four years. Together Patrick and Heidi look forward to the opportunity to help you buy or sell real estate in Yarmouth and the greater Portland area!
